1. How to create a DMW Helpdesk Ticket?
Go to onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph → Helpdesk → Create Ticket, select your concern, provide details, and upload a passport copy.
2. Can I recover my eRegistration account if I forgot my email?
Yes. Select Account Problem – Forgot eRegistration Details, then provide your name, birthday, and a new email.
3. How to cancel my OEC online?
Submit a Helpdesk Ticket → Service: Balik-Manggagawa → Concern: BM-OEC Cancellation.
4. How do I get a POPS-BaM Exemption?
If you have previous records in BM Online (2016–2021) or LB (2018 onwards), the system may automatically exempt you.
